If you had subscriptions in your settings they are there under "Watched Threads"

I didn't "subscribe", i navigated using "my posts". I think i have it set so that i automatically watch threads that i post in, so I'll only have t find the threads the first time.

But, if you click the notification it'll take you directly to the post/thread
