Provari 3 battery life indicator inaccurate???

Well, as I have said I would do...

P3 Ti (v38), Efest Purple Flattop 2500mAh Battery

Vaped to empty, batt reads 3.33vdc (on a Fluke 77), reinserted, vaped again to empty, batt reads 3.24 vdc

kayfun Lite, 1.1 ohm coil, set at 3.6v, 11.6w

Just vaped both my P3's to empty, pulled battery reinserted and vaped to empty
Both batteries AWT 18650, 2500MAH Final voltage measured with multi meter
1 3.13v 6watts 2.1ohm
2. 3.18 6 watts 2.2ohm
