Snohomish County, Washington is considering banning e-cigs from public places but they foolishly are taking a public survey about it. Since I am a member of the "public" and I was board, I took their survey. They leave the name address section as optional so I did not fill it out. Other than that there are 3 questions and they re essay answers. From memory the questions were
1)Do you support expanding the Smoking in Public Places to prohibit vaping?
2) How would prohibiting vaping in public places impact you?
3) What do you think should be included in the ordinance to be most effective in preventing youth from smoking and vaping?
4) Are there any specific issues that you would like the Board of Health to evaluate while considering this regulation?

There's a recent thread on this, but it's good that you posted the questions from the survey. Their Board of Health's infographic is appalling.

Doesn't have to be, the whole thing is propaganda and by definition it's all lies.
The infographic is all lies, but my understanding of the word "propaganda" is that it doesn't have to be false to qualify. I'll paste a google definition:

prop·a·gan·da
ˌpräpəˈɡandə/
noun
noun: propaganda; noun: Propaganda
1
.
derogatory
information, especially of a biased or misleading nature, used to promote or publicize a particular political cause or point of view.
"he was charged with distributing enemy propaganda"
synonyms: information, promotion, advertising, publicity, spin

I don't think it has to be derogatory, either. I think Google failed me on this.

Merriam-Webster:
"ideas or statements that are often false or exaggerated and that are spread in order to help a cause, a political leader, a government, etc."

For this question I responded that there should be an inquiry into members of "public health" for ethics violations, crimes against humanity and attempted murder for pushing an agenda that will persuade people to continue to smoke.

This was joined with links to many studies that disproved all of their claims. I hope I was not to harsh.

That means they'll get at least 2 answers along these lines [emoji12]

Thanks for the definition.
Now I can say without fear of any argument that all political speeches and media news are Propaganda, right?

Political speeches, maybe. Meida news, I'd say not all. Normally, I'd be asking about definitions, but this word I'm only a partially confused about.
