Running folding@home on multiple machines

I have a desktop which mostly just sits around turned on until im ready to use it. I mainly use my laptop and want to have it on light performance while having my desktop on full performance. Can I do this while using the same identity? Can I set it up where each computer does a different project?

Yes you can, mine is running on two different machines and also two different operating systems. My laptop is a dual boot system and I run that one full time on linux. My desktop runs part time on windows and both use the same credentials.
