Science of Vaping Customer Service & Deliver Problem

Hi. Please someone help me.
I've been searching through google on how can I contact effectively "Science of vaping" (Science of Vaping - Inventing through innovation)

Because I've sent them lots of facebook messages and Emails. And they have not responded.

My problem is that I've ordered a quartz tank kit for my Kayfun Lite Plus v2. since Jan. 14, 2016. until now I haven't got any tracking number for my order. I just got the order number from my order. and their website says that my order has been "completed" 7 days ago. I've even paid the expensive type of shipping so I would expect it a lot faster than any usual delivery.

They don't reply through my emails and my facebook posts & messages.

I've been looking for their contact number. But there isn't one. I am from the Philippines.

Is there someone here that can help with my problem?

Took a quick look at their site and there are no phone numbers listed. Unfortunately, the methods you've been using are the only means to contact the company.

They seemed to be a legit company. But the service sucks so much. I hope someone from SoV would see this post and try to help me out. Thanks

Generally, overseas shipping is an issue.
That's one of the reason why I ended up using fasttech.

Yes. I am still thinking about using fasttech. But then again. I ordered from SoV before knowing fasttech. I'm gonna wait until Feb. im gonna try to refund the transaction from them.

I have ordered from them twice and got quick shipping. I suspect it's an overseas shipment problem; delay in customs or whatever. It does seem odd you didn't get a tracking number, though. Oddly enough I have a similar problem with Fakir's mods in Turkey; ordered before Christmas, tracking number doesn't work, and no response to 3 emails. Oh, well, I hope it works out for you. Me too. SoV makes some nice gear, and so does Fakir's

oh well thanks for the feedback guys. I think I'll just wait it out. my Hurricane came in this morning. I think ill be busy with this one. Still hopes from someone in SoV would see this post. It's annoying that all my other orders came in from different sites/companies came in a later date, came through. But this one was a part of my earlier date orders doesn't even send a tracking number.
