I suppose I have an advantage when it comes to empathy for people with disabilities: I was born with palsy and could not move my right arm for the first few months of my life...but since I am now right-handed, its kind of tough to convince me that there is no higher intelligence. I don't consider myself any "better" than anyone, but my ADHD definitely makes me "differently abled" (just ask my ex--lol).
If you get a chance, rent or watch the movie "Music Within". It was filmed locally and both my clients/roommates worked as extras, one of whom actually appears in the film toward the end. Even if that weren't the case, it is an amazing true story and its hilarious to boot.
Cafe Mocha tobacco is my favorite tobacco flavor so far and the raspberry frappuccino is delicious, so I'll have to try the new cafe macchiato.
