Smok TFV4 + X Cube 2 Giveaway

Anyone know what's up with the TFV4/X Cube 2 giveaway on SMOK® Being with you for all great vaping time! ?
ECF is referenced on their site, but I can't find a way to enter. It goes from 8/24 to 9/16.

The URL I entered was removed, but it's on smok's homepage.

Since it says on their site, that it's for ECF, then I would assume people running ECF is aware of this giveaway, all the arrangements have been made and an official announcment from ECF Staff will follow, once this goes live... Since there is no information, I guess it's safe to assume it hasn't started yet.
