That isn't from ECF. That's from another site.

Yeah, I know, but how did they get it to look exactly like an ECF email ( also shows ecf as sender) and also know that I'm a member. I've never ordered from them.

Confuses me, too, when I get an email from there. Since they refer to themselves as E-Cigarette Forums it's easy to confuse their emails as being from here. Nothing we can do about it, though.

I doubt they "know you're a member" here, it's just vendor spam. I get a lot of it via PM there, all of it unsolicited . . .

One of the clues that it is NOT from us: Forums <~Note the 's' at the end.
