For some juices it is, for others not so much. I always try new juices as soon as I get them. If they taste alright I go ahead. If not I will put up for a while and then go back to it.
I always think it depends on the juice. Custard types improve as they darken then turn a corner.
It's a good sign with tobacco blends, for sure. I vape them 'green' then enjoy the gradual improvement.

To me I see air space in the top of the bottle on the right leading me to conclude more air which leads to oxidation and the result is not from aging. This is my opinion due to the evidence being presented.
First thing I see with a dark liquid.. either it has flavouring with molecules that are dark and get darker with oxidation, or the nicotine is now turpentined flavoured.
Trouble is, some liquid, this oxidation can help as it means that this oxidation of the flavour can bring it out more, while others, it becomes a very dark and wasteful flush..
