You can cut it with PG and/or VG. But flavor will be diminished if it is flavored eliquid. You can also get a lower nic of the same flavor and mix them

Yo' Steve...I was a pretty heavy smoker for many years and I currently use 18mg...I started with 24mg Cartomizers but the hit delivery isn't even close to any re-fillable tank type device...I find the 18mg to be quite sufficient and I can foresee backing down to 12mg in the future...Don't forget the DIY Forum...Trig
Cutting the flavoring strength 50% on commercial liquid usually will do no harm once you get used to the more muted flavor. If you let that happen you won't like full flavored e liquid. My DIY uses 1% flavoring. I started at 24mg nic and quickly lowered that to 12mg nic. Today I'm at 11mg but considering upping back to 12mg. These days I vape 7 ml per day and wouldn't mind if that was less.
