Survey on an accessory I've made for cigalike

Hello,
I was wondering how I can get permission to conduct an informal survey for an accessory that I've protoyped for use with cigalikes. The intent is to gauge commercial interest. Must I register as a vendor? Please advise. Thanks.

Yes, if you plan on discussing any business related venture on ECF, you must be registered as a supplier.
