I'm looking for a vendor of whole leaf tabacco here in U.K.
In theory whole leaf not for smoking should be free of duty. Not sure the revenue men have got their heads around the DIY NETs.
There was someone in Wales but think they have had some problems.
Any ideas greatly appreciated.
Also while I think of it PGA , available on EBay but silly money.
Any ideas??

Wait are you looking for tobacco flavored e-liquid or real tobacco leafs like those used in cigarettes ? If it's the latter you're most likely in the wrong place.

I'm after the tabacco to make NETs.
And PGA for the same.
Guess I could drink the alcohol and roll a cigar but then you'd be right about the wrong place.
