- Current sensor
- Measure battery voltage

Features:
- Managed by programmable microcontroller with in situ reprogramming (35Mhz, 16f1824)
- Current measurement by Allegro Hall effect sensor with very low loss (0 to 20A)
- Measure the battery voltage
- Control of Atomizer with PWM control enslaves on current and voltage. The atomizer works at constant power which is adjustable in differents steps.
- Led proportional managed that transmits light directly into the tank through a light guide
- Piezo transducer (mini speaker) to feedback (for low battery power too strong anomaly ato).
The system is monitored continuously to detect any malfunctions and alert the user.
- Absolute pressure sensor with the arrival of air from the upper tank through the tube of the electrode: The system can operate in full auto with the management of the heating power with the depression in the tank. I planned a menu to configure the system
- 2 capacitive touch.
This board size is just 18mm diameter, 30mm lenght in full smd. It's a monster...

Very full featured board, I like it, and the design with the tank spindle inside a single clear tube, whew! How do you fill it? I think I missed something.

What do you want to mesure ? the resistance of the mesh or the resistance between the mesh and the electrode.
The resistance of the mesh is very low but the resistance between the mesh and the electrode is near 0,15.

I finished my card should cost $ 10 with the components and the PCB.
This card is to reduce the cost with no longer the pressure sensor and current sensor.
It controls the heater with the battery voltage. it can work with one or two NiMH batteries.
Tomorrow I will start making 50 boards and a mechanical prototype machining.
