Hi guys,

So I've had this problem with one of my Volcano batteries before, but it's happening again and I'd like to see if anyone here has a troubleshoot before going through the customer service chain (which was fast and pleasant) once again.

I have 4 batteries and I use 2 normally. The old one is going strong... diggin' it. The new one has been great for 3 weeks and then it just stopped working. Now, if you move it slightly it lights up constantly until it starts blinking... then it pauses and does it again. I can't have an atty plugged into it or else it'll just burn it right out. Right now I'm leaving it on my desk hoping that it dies and I can try to recharge it. However, I've charged it before and it's still doing this crazy stuff.

Could there be something mechanical wrong with this thing? Anybody deal with this before? Troubleshooting tips? Should I ditch Volcano?

Thanks for any info.
