Hands free? You mean a cig-a-like automatic battery. Personally me, I prefer a manual setup, as MOST (Vapor4Life Dial a Volt is an exception), are manual switches. So, cig-a-like. Perchance, what do you need a hands free vape for?

well....sometimes vaping interferes with typing, so I thought there might be something out there, that's not too aweful

You'll get a lot of people suggesting auto cigalikes but I've thought about a madvapes auto box with a Gooseneck. Just put it in your shirt pocket, maybe wedge it in place with a spare battery box, adjust the Gooseneck so that it's out of the way but close enough to reach with your lips and vape as needed.

You need a Ext cord a hot plate and a bag of cotton a tea pot and a straw. Place cotton in tea pot saturate with juice place hot plate by puter. Put pot on plate when it whistles use your straw to inhale vape.

The NJOY King disposable but it will send you to the poorhouse in record time. Despite NJOY's ridiculous claims to the contrary you really get only the equivalent to about 8 to 10 cigarettes for $8.

As far as something with rechargeable batteries the Joye eRoll is the next best thing to the NJOY King for hands-free vaping but it does weigh more than the NJOY King. The quality of the vape is actually quite good, particularly considering the eRoll's diminutive size.
