Actually the ELA is more on the 24mm-ish size. I have an EVIVA RTA that's 23mm and it's still smaller than the ELA.

It will only leak if you fill it wrong or if you don't block the juice channel with enough wick. It's super easy to build and performs great. It's not for cloud chasers as it has a stiffer draw than some attys but it produces great flavor and good vapor.
