For low cost devices and supplies, Fastech or Focalecig. Batteries, I get from US sellers only, usually whoever I find with the best price when searching.
Juices I don't scrimp on, although I do DIY mixing. I get most of my extracts and flavors from MyVapeJuice and nic/PG/VG From NudeNic.
