Where to buy/build a customized regulated mod

So im currently looking for somewhere that builds regulated mods customized to order.
Im looking for something with temp control, dual 18650s, large-ish screen, usb charging, and the rest of the features that are pretty much standard these days.

If anyone knows anything that could help me please share your knowledge.

On board charging I would not recommend for dual batteries. The charging balance board that comes with the yihi sx350j is huge and at this level I always suggest a good separate charger. Just my opinion.

Doubt you're going to get custom built for under $300-$400 bucks
