Wood Wood RDA Cap

I have decided to make a top cap to go with my wood box mod and wood drip tip. Upon thinking about it last night I came to the realization that I'm going to have to seal it with something, but what would I seal it with on the inside that will be safe to vape from?? any suggestions?

As just a top cap it does not sound like a good idea. It would take a lot of heat, and neither the wood or the finish would hold up well to juice and heat. As a sleeve over a metal top cap, then I would suggest a CA finish. I've made such a sleeve but left a gap so there is airspace around the metal top cap, so heat is less of an issue. It works, but I don't really use it.

Why not just a wood sleeve for an existing top cap

I have a feeling that I am going to have to end up doing that, but am going to attempt to make the top cap first...
