According to a reviewer if you line up the airholes properly on that atty then it does not sit square on your mod, unless you are VERY lucky.

It's one of the new Reos with the adjustable 510. I had to give it about a quarter turn to make it sit square on the device. However it does sit square on my old Reo as well. It really just depends on the mod. I have a legit Hellboy too and I use it on a box mod with a spring loaded 510. I have to back it off about 1/8th of a turn for it to sit right but it holds pretty steady with the spring loaded 510.
