You literally take a pinch of the filler material (about the size of a pea or smaller) that you find in a normal cartrige and lightly pack it into the cap of the tank carterage, put the cap on the tank, and put the tank back into the atomizer with the filler shoved into the cap.
so far I am on my second tank with no pocket leaks.
