I wonder if I could use some of that JB weld putty stuff to mount the needle(instead of soldering with the wire)? Might be easier to get the needle in perfect alignment.

btw i use the 15g with the large hole connector or the 16g with the small hole connector .

I got the needles from madvapes .You will just be cutting about a 1/2" section off of the needle so it doesnt matter if its luer lock . You can get about 3 mods worth from one needle . I keep the luer lock fitting on to kinda keep it level when mounting it in the batt connector then cut it with a dremel after its mounted . The positive wire is what makes the solder joint to it as its very hard to solder to the needle .
