    I never commented here or on your videos before and I am sorry. I was away from the community when all this went down and you need support and I am sorry. That this even happened at all, I am sorry. Your videos are vital to the community, every reviewer or person making a how-to video should take examples from you. And I'm not the only one. I've been reading posts from lots of people how your videos helped them get into vaping and saved their life. You should be proud. And while I will be honest and say I would have gotten into vaping without your videos, I would be a very very lost kitten. What you did do for me was save me lots of time and money (to things I have very little of) by helping me understand how this stuff works and how to care for my supplies. And for that I cannot thank you enough. ^_^ **huggles**

    Loved all your vids....... I really hate seeing you go. Whenever I had a purchasing decision to make, I would always see if you made a vid first. I value and trust your honest reviews. I hope you return.

    You have all of the ECF community's support from what I see. That's way more friends than FOOLS. It takes a little mind along with a little doodle to feel it necessary to do those things to a wonderful person.

    SteelJan, also here in Denmark you have a lot of fans. Finally we could understand a lot of the technical stuff thanks to your pleasant way to explain it to us.
    Terrible to see you totally broke down because of bullying. Even though I always looked at you as a tough woman, the strongest get destroyed from a expierience like yours the last month.
    I hope you can recover from this. We are thousandsof people that wishes you the best and a lot of support by caring friends around you.

    I really cannot believe you have decided to leave the vaping community. Seriously? You have helped more people then you even know and because a few haters don't like your opinion, you just give up on the rest of us. This is a sad day and sorry to say, alot of respect has been lost. I understand your situation and I know what it feels like to be bullied and flamed, but you can't look at the positives? *sigh* So sad.

    I'm very sorry to hear about this - your channel was my first vaping subscription and my absolute favorite.

    I see that everything is private on youtube now and it appears you are shutting things down. While I wish this wasn't the case, I fully support you doing whatever you feel you have to do; Your well-being should always come first.

    Hey everyone. Thanks for your support, it's been great to hear from ya'll. But it's time for me to go, I really can't take the bullying I've gotten over the past month. I've asked people for help ever since it started but it's only gotten worse. And, well, it's gotten too hard to bear. So I'm leaving the vaping community. Ya'll stay strong and keep on vaping. Please watch out for one another. I'd love to reply to everyone personally who has written, but I can't peck at this computer for very long anymore. Thanks so much. SteelJan out.

    I'm a musician, and like a reviewer, I'm faced with the potential for people being cruel and thinking I suck at all times lol. It's all part of sticking your neck out there all the time . As long as you get enjoyment from making your videos, don't let anyone take that away from you.

    Every YouTube video/channel is going to have senseless nastiness. Yours however has something that most really do not have. True adoring fans! Don't quit says me!

    Jan, I am so sorry you've had to go through this and want you to know that I am with ya! So many of us have learned from your videos and been helped by your down-to-earth explanations. It's not easy to do, but I hope you can ignore these bullies. I wish there was something I could do besides offer my support. If there is, you just let me know and I'll be there.
