Where did you go? I know that Cigarette City on Mill Plain sells over-priced small bottles of juice, very limited selection of flavors, there is also another smoke shop on the other end of the same building, not sure if they sell juice there, they do have a small selection of e-cigs there though, so they might.
I've purchased all my juice online, and most recently bought a bunch of supplies to make my own. Ohhhhhhh there is an e-cig kiosk inside Vancouver Mall that sells juice as well, I haven't bought from them though, so I can't speak for their prices or the quality of their juice. -
