    Dan, I am a big fan of the SMOK Titan tank. I had problems with the tanks until I recently received a clear tank that had been redesigned with a larger threading collar. This new collar is great but I noticed that you are out of stock. Do any of the colored tanks in stock have the new improved collar?

    I placed an order today and I mistakenly ordered a wrong style battery. I ordered a flat top but needed a button top. The order number is1075362. Let me know if this can be fixed beforehand. I'd hate to have to send it back.

    Could you Please help me? Last week I purchased a Vision ViVi Nova, the one with 3 heads. When it arrived I filled it with juice, put it on a battery and No fire!!! :( Put it on 2 more battery's & still did NOT FIRE!!! :'(
    My friend suggested that I ought to change the heads, I did so and NOTHING!!! While changing heads, all my favorite Cake Batter spilled out of the drip tip and I didn't think it was supposed to do that and that was the last of my cake batter! :'( I'm disabled and on a very tight fixed income and can't afford a lose like this. That was the major part of the problem. I also paid for Priority shipping so I would get it overnight and I received it in 3 day's. Can you please help me?

    I recently purchased a SS Vmax and a Hyper SRT tank from your site. The VMAX works awesome, but my precoiled hyper SRT popped shortly after purchase. I bought several replacement coils from you guys, but I can't for the life of me find an explanation for how to install them on the Hyper SRT anywhere on your site, Google, or YouTube. I've seen videos where they say they will explain it in another video, but surely there is some sort of guide from the manufacturer or something? Forgive me if I'm an idiot, but I really can't find anything beyond a vague explanation for how to replace these.

    Thanks for the kind comments BluEeyes - right now we are shipping all orders that come in by 2:30 CST (3:30 EST) and many times go over a half hour or more...I will consider when I have more time about adding the rest of the flavors to sampler lineup. We just wanted to keep it somewhat manageable ...

    It's really nice having you guys so close in Sugar Land. My first order, which was last week, I received the next day. This quickly made up my mind that you guys are going to be the "go to guys". I am going to try to order from GotVapes exclusively from here on out. I love love love HUSH (ordering the full size bottle today). I'm on the fence with the crushed banana colada and still have not vaped any of the City Lights....but it smells amazing! Hopefully some of the reviews are wrong about it tasting like licorice because I HATE licorice!! I was hoping you could expand your sample bottles to include your entire Flux flavor line because I am extremely interested in trying Swedish Fish and Gummy Bears before buying the large bottle. I'm sure you understand that times are hard and cash is getting less and less in everyone's wallet!
