Hello friend,
I smoked cigarettes since I was 11 years old , quit them only to smoke cigars for the last about 4 years. It was killing me . I would inhale much of the smoke . I did really enjoy the flavor. I smoked Backwoods sweet aeromatic cigars.
Anyway, vaping has made it possible for me to totally quit smoking , without withdraw , without changing my habit , just not inhailing like 7,000. or so carcinogens with smoke...
Things ; taste , breathe , smell , sleep , feel , Better .
All in all , I'm blessed and am very thankful for ECF and the vape community and e cigarettes.
It's truly a life saving nicotine delivery system.
