I think I sent this earlier but I can't tell. I didn't even know that you could reply to these kinds of messages! Sorry if this is a repeat, but I didn't want you to think I was ignoring you.
I probably shouldn't have, but I did plop them all in a bowl and microwave them. I don't recall ever seeing sparks but I wasn't watching closely, lol. The microwave still works so it must've not been too bad. You'd probably be safer boiling them in a kettle--I don't have enough patience. It does work really well though.
