    I have received a wrong New XL manual battery by error after I have ordered an automatic one. you have sent me me the right one after my e mail with special gift for which I thank you so much. (Ticket#210-6591)

    Now, I am wondering where I should sent the manual one and if I have to specify something on the package.

    I feel really taken care of and I really appreciate your constent kindness.

    hey mark, can you send me some more of your cards on my next order. i've been putting them at some of our local bars and restaurants in my area (hampton roads area of va). i've also got a few of the starbucks in our area allowing me to put them there also. just wondering.

    I had an order shipped on Feb.4 and 2 weeks later it still hasn't arrived. I've been concerned about this since Day 1 because USPS has no record of this package at all. If someone could look into this I would appreciate it. Thank you!

    So I placed 2 orders over the weekend, I just checked and both of them are still processing. Is there anyway you can combine order # 23313 and # 22899? If not, I totally understand.... but it never hurts to ask...

    Hi Mark,
    I'm having trouble with the short battery I just got. The light blinks like it needs to be charged so I put it on the charger and it turns red, but after a minute the light turns green like it's charged. When I take it off the charger and try to use it the led light starts blinking again. I've left it on the charger a few hours and it does the same thing. Any ideas?

    I got an xlong manual battery for xmas from my friend. I absolutely LOVE it. The problem I am having is that it is sticking. Have cleaned it, changed carts and still I have to play with switch to get it to work and even then, it's only sporadic. The order # of the battery is 9479. Any advice?

    Got my order yesterday and thanks again for the bonuses! Only problem is I got menthol Spirit of America, and I really don't like menthol. can i send it back for an exchange of regulars? I know you guys take care of us so well but i hate to keep these since i won't ever use them, that's money out of your pocket!

    Hey man, thanks for the reply.
    Yea the PT doesn't draw most of the time. It'll keep burning tho and then cut off if I try to smoke it while it's burning on auto mode. Then it wont work, I have to unscrew the cart and rescrew it and do it that way...then sometimes it'll just not do anything.

    Tips?
