I have received a few questions regarding the new VGO Empty Cartomizers. I just wanted to let everyone know that I have taken these apart and verified that they are the new horizontal style cartomizers like the KR808.
I have added an upgrade option for USPS Priority Mail shipping. You can upgrade any order to USPS Priority Mail for $3.99. As with all changes to the shopping cart software, this change may create unforeseen checkout errors. Please let me know if anyone has an issue with this update.

It has come to my attention that some of you have experienced less than optimal performance from some of the KR808 cartomizers when used with certain batteries. After reviewing customer feedback and researching the specifics of each of these reports a few conclusions were made that I would like...
All of the Kanger Empty Cartomizers for the KR808D-1 now feature the new horizontal coil that Kanger has developed. These units are producing a lot more vapor than the previous generation. All of our current stock is the new updated product.
Thanks for looking.
Keep using the unit and see what happens. If the one battery doesn't perform like the other I am happy to take care of you on it. The bottom line is that I am not happy until you are satisfied.
I realize that you shouldn't need to clean out the atomizer yet, but perhaps you could go through...
Interesting that you are not getting the throat hit even with 36mg liquid. I realize that a good level of throat hit is somewhat subjective, but I find that with the throat hit a little harsh with 100% PG liquid that I have (much more than the 24mg cartomizers for the KR808D-1).
The cut-off...
I think that maybe all of these times are correct. It seems like instead of pre-determined cutoff timer it uses the temperature sensor to prevent burning. Depending on the battery voltage and atomizer being used the time will likely vary between 5 and 10 seconds.
I am getting approximately a 6 second hit before the battery starts blinking and cuts off. This is the temperature sensor kicking in and letting me know that burning would occur if the atomizer stayed on longer. I tried the VGO batteries that I have which will stay on for 10 seconds before the...
The vapor production and throat hit is definitely head and shoulders above the original KR808D-1. The current KR808D-1 from Kanger is much better than the older models but these units still don't quite put out what a good Atomizer / Battery combo is capable of. The tested the Ramiya R2-750...
