    @Jyuz , do a water test. just take a glass of water and add a few drops of the flavour/ test sample. if it floats, then it's oil based. to be super doubly sure, feel free to stir a little (but not too much agitation). after a while, observe for any obvious separate layers. if there is, 101% says...
