    Actually it is 200mg/L New rules Applied to Nicotine Discussion on ECF. No discussion / sourcing of nic strengths over 200mg/20% in any of the public forums. This also includes the classifieds. If I found some 200 from a dealer I knew and trusted I would buy it for ease of storage.
