    How do I tell my own carts are nearly empty?

    Carts or carto's? (cartridges or cartomizers) It doesn't really make a difference though, the flavor changes. It goes from "Oh I love this" to "Oh, thats different!" or "WTF??" I would think 5-6 would be enough to get you through the day but it's really not that big a deal to top off when needed.

    No, the cartridges don't need to sit and soak up the liquid. Just fill it until it looks moist but does not "puddle up" on top of the filler material.     Hi blackwater, You don't say what kind of atty you are currently using but since they mostly function the same way it shouldn't be much difference as far as cleaning goes. Won't be able to help you with buying "least expensive good quality atty ...in bulk" unless we know what you are looking for...
