I ended up super gluing my button pin to the button Insulator. It's the only way I could get it to work since the inside threads of the button Insulator is completely stripped.

    Tilemahos new rebuildable part (springomizer)

Listen to Steampop. He is sound on his advice. This is the same similar things that I'm saying when it comes to ejuice.

Thanks Adam. My Canadian Brother. I enjoy your YouTube videos.

    Tilemahos new rebuildable part (springomizer)

I understand what you're saying. I guess I just don't care about a piece of wire that I got for pennies, that I have vaped on for two weeks. A regular cigarette cost much more and a regular cigarette lasts for two minutes, not two weeks.

I also must say that I only use 35% VG in the juice I make. VG is a real coil gunker. That is how my coils last for two weeks or longer.

    Tilemahos new rebuildable part (springomizer)

I don't really re-use my coils. I like to make new coils with each build. I use rayon wick and I also use strongly flavored ejuice that I make myself... I mean my ejuice flavoring is probably a little stronger than what you could normally buy if you were to buy ejuice from a vendor, and that...

    Tilemahos new rebuildable part (springomizer)

Boom! Just redid my Springomizer. I did have too much wick. I used the same coil and used less wick. Way more flavor and no more dry burning hits. It's all in the build guys...not the Springomizer fault. I've been reading the comments and testing this build...no more dry hits with using...

    Tilemahos new rebuildable part (springomizer)

I just rebuilt with the Springomizer and I am getting a little bit dry...nearly burned hits. I blame this on using too much wick. I sort of crammed as much rayon as I could fit into the coil. I didn't have this problem before. I just wanted to see what would happen with more wick. I also...

    Tilemahos new rebuildable part (springomizer)

When it comes to resistance. It's all about the wire in between point A to point B. The wire touching the contact points don't really count. The number of wraps, the gauge of the wire, and the type of wire (kanthal, nichrome, titanium) is what matters. I have to admit that the space is limited...

The housing that comes with the Springomizer.

    Tilemahos new rebuildable part (springomizer)

No use to try again. The V2 housing has a lip which stops the housing from going in the base at a certain point. The mouthpiece liquid control fits and could cover the whole area of the V2 housing that doesn't go into the base, even with the lip stopping the housing into the base. I would...

    Tilemahos new rebuildable part (springomizer)

Yes, only the Springomizer internals. The V2 housing that came with the Springomizer does not screw in all the way into the Non-AFC V1 base. Which makes it so the pin cannot make contact. I cannot say if this is a problem for others or if I just had bad luck.

    Tilemahos new rebuildable part (springomizer)

I finally got some free time and switched out the Tilemahos V1 screws to the Springomizer. It worked out perfectly! This new part has more contact to the wire so it hits like a beast. There is space on the side that I didn't see before inside the housing. To be clear: The air flow is...

    Tilemahos new rebuildable part (springomizer)

What about the air holes on the bottom of the housing? The V1 has in the Shape of a "C" on both sides so you can adjust the V1 screws. And the V2 has two normal holes that are opposite the V1 when you compare both to the position of the channels.

There's a lip on the new housing that stops it from turning. Someone posted a picture of the different housing in this thread some pages back. The V1 housing doesn't have the lip. I will try it again later the way you said imeo, and if I can't get it to work I will post some pictures.

    Tilemahos new rebuildable part (springomizer)

If you buy a complete Tilemahos with Springomizer inside then you should be fine. I got just the Springomizer pieces to update my V1. But I need a longer pin.

    Tilemahos new rebuildable part (springomizer)

I ordered the Springomizer and it doesn't fit correctly into my V1 Non-AC Tilemahos base. My original part with the channels screws all the way down. The new part stops at a certain point. It would work if I had a longer pin. The pin is about 2mm too short. The pin that came with the...

Do you really think I was gonna come back without stirring up the pot?[emoji4] bbr6704, what do you run, an atomizer farm or something? How many coils do you build a day? I can understand if you have a whole collection and you decided to rebuild them all at once. Or maybe you were...

Nice Imeo. Seems like I posted in quite a few threads here. Just trying to stay on topic for each thread. I could have just posted one long post about everything in probably the wrong section. Ha-ha I would like to buy another Esterigon if they become available.
