    I've been more than content with my DNA40 Sunboxes, I have no need for more than 40 watts with my vaping style. The only thing I could ask for is better battery life but I always carry spares & the USB charging works very well on the Sunbox.

    I'm going to say that unit sounds like it has a problem. I'd swap tanks if you can just confirm that it's the Clownstick acting up & not the tank. I've been using mine with the Bellus tank for the past few weeks & do not have the same problem.

    I just drop my wick into the channel's & then screw the base on. You can't see the wick's line up but it works.

    I haven't bothered lining up the juice channel's since I'm more concerned with it being loose causing it to leak BUT I haven't had a problem wicking any of my max VG or 80/20 juices.

    I dry burn Ti at low wattage until it barely glows (ok, maybe a little more) then scrub with a tooth brush & it's ready to go. Never thought of the ultrasonic, I may do that next time.

    For those who have never held a Sunbox I think you really should, the ergo's on them are very nice, about perfect for my hands so I'm voting for the LBC. One thing I noticed in the pics of the LBC is the radius on all the edges? Very nicely done & much appreciated, I hope they are even smoother...
