All other Ni200 is annealed which is softer and makes working with it, especially with cotton, more of a pain. I just placed an order for it from here but because they're from the UK, I dunno...

    Not true. As long as you can check the ohms with the multimeter there's no need. Make sure its around 1.5+ ohms and you're good. I bet the recommendations you were referring to were either talking about subohming to reduce the risk of battery explosion/melt-down by safeguarding one's self...

    Anyone have any recommendations for micro scratches? Well, scratches might be the wrong term. If I slide the tip of a fingernail across the small marks there is no divot like there would be if it was a scratch. More like mini superficial marks on the finish.
