There's gonna be some ramp up, but try 5 wraps and put it on an ohm meter before you fire it. 26 core with 28 wrap would be better.- Retro138

So I bummed enough some 36g to make a coil. 8 strand k1 ribbon / 26g ni80 frame / 36g ni80 fuse. Single coil hitting like a freight train. Wrapping the 8 pack of ribbon wasn't the funnest thing I've done. Clocking in at 1.9. Chock full o flavor. I cannot stand when the wraps come loose...- Retro138

Getting some claptons
@bangkokshocks Using kanthal I do a 28g core 32g wrap. But it sounds like you're buying pre made Claptons. Are you asking how to wrap and wick them? Give us some specs on the wire gauges used so we can help you in your Clapton build.- Retro138

Yeah no red hot on Ti. It creates Ti02 or titanium dioxide. No good for you. Football wise I'm a Arsenal fan. A lot of my mates across the pond are super fans, frighteningly so. I do not encourage 90% of what they do.- Retro138
