    I think always better to mix in a bottle to get better accuracy. You'd be needing a very small volume measure (syringe) to get anywhere near a reliable nic level.

    In truth, I coughed using 24mg in a 5-6 watt cig-a-like in 2012. The particles in vapor are not the same as tobacco smoke. They are cleaner (oh yeh!) but they do take some getting used to for some people.

    iCare 2 uses a 1.3ohm coil, so the most it would vape at would be just over 13 watts. 13 watts with 18mg liquid could be seen as equivalent to 36mg in an old-tech device (at 6.5 watts) So, yes - it could well be too strong. I struggled to vape 18mg much over 10w back in the days.
