    cartomizers seized at canadian border

Those cartomizers that FarmYard ordered didn't contain any liquid at all. They were empty. There wasn't any nicotine or anything at all in them. This offensive seizure is about as legitimate as seizing a parcel of sweets from the UK. If Customs is going to start imagining that things are there...

    One more question!

Bluefosho, you might also want to read up on Interac Email Money Transfer for future reference. Interac - Interac Email Money Transfer It's an option exclusively available to Canadians when shopping with Canadian suppliers. It's basically like PayPal but without any middleman holding the...

    Which supplier do YOU recommend?

FreeFlow, I've never ordered e-juice w/nic from the States. In fact I don't order premixed e-juice from anywhere, lol - I DIY all my own (and get my flavourless w/nic here in Canada). But I have ordered flavourings though from there, no problem. Please remember I did mention there are a few...

    Getting My Joy 510 Tomorrow

Welcome gnelkos! My apologies for not seeing your thread sooner. Yes, the standard 510 cartomizers (which are made by Boge) are threaded to fit a Joye 510 battery (an excellent first e-cig btw) or an eGo or Mega eGo. I get mine from Jack at Happy Vaper. I've been using them exclusively since...

    Which supplier do YOU recommend?

Bluefosho, whatever you do, don't order e-juice with nicotine from the States! If you do, you run a very good risk of Canadian customs seizing it & your having flushed your money down the toilet. There are a few U.S. suppliers who will ship it in discreetly labelled bottles etc, but you have...

    Which supplier do YOU recommend?

Bluefosho, welcome! Congratulations on making one of the best choices of your life: to quit smoking & start vaping. And welcome to the Canada sub-forum on ECF! There's a host of information I could share with you right now. Ordinarily I'd recommend Happy Vaper and Evapers right off the mark...

P.S. Where are you going? You're going to Timmies!

Need help, where am I going?

Tim, as an immediate suggestion...you might try upping the nic a bit. You're vaping really low-nic juices: nic is no more harmful to you than caffeine. If your current low levels aren't getting it done...take it up a tad & see if that helps (chances are it will). EDIT: As dopeh's post (posted...

    Rainbow Vapor and the eGO

Forgot to mention - I also recommend you get it from Jack!

    Which Canadian Hardware Supplier

Wow, smokum...that's an intimidating mod (intimidating to me, anyway). Definitely not for everyone & even then, only for some of the most advanced!

    Rainbow Vapor and the eGO

lelly, where'd you get the replacement battery from...and which battery is it? You're not referring to a manual eGo from Jack, are you? 5 second cutoff should not be happening on any manual eGo or Mega eGo. Technically, they say there shouldn't be any cutoff with manual eGo's (but...

Will there ever be a "Players Light" e-liquid?

When I first discovered vaping, I assumed I would be crazy for tobacco flavours. This didn't turn out to be the case, lol (quite the opposite, actually)...but it's all good. Anyway, at the time I made this little label just for fun, and thought you might like to see it now: I reduced the...

    Which Canadian Hardware Supplier

Hi dopeh! As far as I can tell, the only "eGo XL cartomizer" out there is made by Joye. Joye makes really great batteries...but lousy cartomizers, & only so-so atomizers. The body for their cartomizers is also plastic; Boge cartomizers have a metal body (which actually doesn't feel like...

    Shipping from USA

Excellent, Melloh! By all means, get your Mega eGo from Jack, $30 and you're in business. He doesn't have a Mega eGo kit, unfortunately. Only regular eGo kits (650 mAh). But you don't really need a starter kit, it's really just fancier packaging & a few carts & a little bag, for roughly the same...

    They ain't done yet!

What Can_supplier said, exactly. NRT makers don't want their products to succeed. They just want to sucker people into trying - failing - and blaming themselves, so that they'll keep coming back for another try (which will also inevitably end in failure). For the record though re: nic...

    Shipping from USA

lickwid is correct - automatic batts (be they 510's or Mega eGo's) should be used with cartomizers. If you want to use a separate atty for dripping, you'll definitely want a manual battery instead.

Fair enough, Melloh - though if you want the BB for yourself, I second what Jimilives said. Get it from a Canadian supplier, Electronic Cigz: Electronic Cigz - The BB Since it has a 510 threading, I still recommend the standard 510 cartomizers with it from Jack at Happy Vaper. Should be...
