Yeah, dry hits are a major annoyance. Not as bad as it used to be. When I started vaping everyday, all we had were clearomizers and carto tanks. It was a battle for sure. Dude, I don't know what I'm doing wrong then. Doesn't make sense to me.. I live in California and it always shows 11 bucks shipping. The 1591A is made of ABS. I know some of the other "plastic" styles ones they make are polycarbonate. Do you know if all the ABS material boxes are true 90 degree angles with no slope?
