    there definitely not as good as the old ones, regarding life expectancy! there good for a good couple of weeks infact after the first week of constant use performance drops off,and within a few weeks they soon become wimpy!

    Kat its Kit hehe welcome and congratulations on seeing the light and giving up the cancers sticks,i would sugest 36mg i dont think 16mg will be enough..on 16mg you will have it permantly welded to your lips trying to get your fix..36mg matches a cigarette imo good luck !
