1) Make sure tubing and nipple are clean and dry
2) Slide tubing onto nipple half way
3) Put a drop of super glue on nipple at the tubing
4) Slide tubing all the way onto nipple
Some people don't glue the tubing to the nipple and don't have a problem
Read the last couple of pages of the thread about disassembling the RM2 before you start the disassembly from page 1
I posted about a couple of problems, but I don't think anyone noticed

If you wanted 5 mg, you'd make your bottom mark at .5cm
5mg (wanted) / 100mg (have) = .05
.05 X 10cm (total hight of fluid) = .5cm (hight of 100mg fluid)
If you wanted 24 mg you'd make your bottom mark at 2.4cm
24mg (wanted) / 100mg (have) = ..24
.24 X 10cm (total hight of fluid) = 2.4cm...

And whether it even needs to be annodized or not
Besides tumbling, what else is done to the aluminum
If anyone wants to know, they need to talk to Rob
Come to think of it...

I silver soldered (lead free) the two pieces of...
