I"M LEARNING!!! Took apart the switch, cleaned it up a little and now firing every time. Just can't figure out how to completely disassemble the entire switch. Not sure how the button comes out. Gonna keep playing, once figure out how to take it all a part give a deep cleaning and then use... -

Anybody have any thoughts on why it may misfire? Push the buttons and sometimes it takes a few seconds before it fires, and other times it just doesn't fire. Have tried 18650, 18490, and 18350 happens with all of them. I have checked an the button makes contact with the brass piece inside... -

Thanks again yankee, that is a good idea you mentioned removing the 30 gauge wire used for spacing after I install the coil. Hmm, didn't think of that either. Usually I cut up a bunch of wicks, boil and let dry then store for use. Before using I torch, but they may have sat for several weeks...
