Thanks River. I used a small syringe on the 1mm, but didn't do that on the 2mm. Without the syring on the 2mm it was easy to wrap. Think I will stick to silica on the ody/peny, unless I try the krinkle method. When i think it is time to rewick the ithakas I will try out the 2mm. The eko... -

Good to know, may have to try it next time I rebuild. I am think it may help, I rarely refill, usually do a clean and dry burn before using again but one time I did I surprisingly got flooding, and that may help I think not having the basic feeding open. Thanks for the info. -

Wow, quite the difference in percentages. I checked the calculator I use. If I set the amount to make at 10 ml and increase percentage of flavoring until I get the calculator to show 1 drop per ml it is 5% flavoring.- LongDraw

I have seen others post using 3% or less, if I remember correctly, for Hangsens flavorings. I have pipe tobacco from hangsen. Tried it at 3% and the flavor was lite. Made another sample at 7%, right now tried it at five days steeped and flavor is good, but still kinda lite. Was wondering...- LongDraw

Awesome, thanks for the info. Just a bit ago I ordered 1 mm and 2 mm from Stormys. Figured would try both. Skipped the 3mm from what I had seen everyone say. Looks like I'll be putting in a bigger order here soon for the 2mm. Looking forward to trying it. The silica works great for me, but... -

Have you tried the 2mm ekowool in the penelope or ody? Was thinking tonight gonna order 1mm and 2mm from stormys vapor cellar. This way can see what fits best in what and if I like it better than silica. Not much one to experiment but looks like ekowool is easy to get for the most part and... -

Posted in another thread but wanted to check here. Saw someone mentio stormy's vapor cellar, wondered if this is good quality? Was thinking of trying both the 1mm and 2mm hollow. Also, is it recommended to boil and torch? I though I read in this thread that some said just boil? -

So I don't know why, but it is working now. I took off the rebuildable part and when I did I needed to retighten the center post (often comes lose for me because of how tight the rebuildable part is) and then i readjusted the positive connection wire. When I put it back together the ohms read...
