    Super fine chrome dust is carcinogenic, toxic and damages dna but chrome and chrome compounds(such as SS or kanthal) form a layer of chrome oxide on their surface which is harmless. Unless you're purposely grinding down the drip tip to snort it up you're nose, you're in no mortal danger :p
