    Is that a "2-post"? (2-post but 4-hole?) I love my Double Vision for the 2 post (and the fact that you get 2 build decks). Been having trouble with my Twisted only because I can't seem to center a build to save my life. I do lung hits, so the airflow is a big thing for me.

    They're magnetic stir bars. Drop it in a liquid, put the beaker/flask/whatever on a stir plate/hot plate combo. Turn it on. Stirs for you. Speeds are variable. Used them all the time in the lab.
