Based on the randomness of said sleeve actually being in the package I'd be willing to bet some of the FT units don't have it, we already know 101vape is sending out some with and some without, pretty much a crap shoot and so is FT's shipping time, might show up quick, might not...really good... -

Other than powder coat, Cerakote or anodizing what finish could they have used that would hold up and still be cost effective other than paint ? On this device 50 dollar device I expected a subpar finish, I definitely didn't expect it on my $200 SXM. -

A little off topic but D2 related, here's what I playing around with. Nichrome build in Ti temp control mode produced some encouraging results, much more vapor than the Ti wire produced, I'm running 18J at 325 degrees and it's working really well. All the above clarifies, thank you...I run .75 Nichrome builds at 23.6 watts and live at 4.2 volts, so step down isn't something I'll miss. -

Ordered a 3 dollar carbon fiber wrap for the battery door from wake n vape, not sure how it'll fit going from the curved area on the sleeve to the flat strip down the back, guess we'll see...and wake n vape has a $3 first class USPS shipping option by the way.
