    Batteries ~

    IMR has a safer chemistry with claims that no protection is necessary. AW is a brand name that makes batteries you can get either IMR or protected cells in this brand name. My suggestion and advice is to either use imr battteries or protected ones just not lithium cells without protection

    Sounds like there may be an issue with the switch making contact with your battery, in the provari it is a electrical switch. When they looked at your units they said there was no issue?

    normally the vendor has to send the unit back for warranty as smoktech usually does not deal with non vendors

    Which PV is right for me to PURCHASE ..

    From my personal experience owning both I would reccomend the orion; not because it is better but because as far as I can tell it fits your vape profile better. I believe you will find the zen to airy. It's alot easier to make a whole bigger than smaller
