I use ecowhool a lot. On the ithaca it doesnt seem to saturate as fast as silica. On the kayfun it eorks great. I think it doesnt wick very well in vertical applications. Seems to me it has a mjch better use in bottom coil atties that dont fight gravity

I agree but the point i was trying to make was that using a 2 ohm coil is no less dangerous than using a .4 ohm coil given the proper batt

Guys, as long as you use a battery with the proper c rating you wont have any problems. Know your resistance, use the right battery, and make sure your atty isnt shorting at its connector and these low ohm coils are no more dangerous than your 2 ohm coils. a short is a short regardless of what...
Sounds like your airflow around the coil is the problem. Put the coils in a x config and you will get, more vapor with more ohms

Same here I actually traded one of my kayfun a for a third Ithaca !
COV ggts, brushed roller, ss polished 69 mod, MCM DNA 20 box mod, provari v2, zmax, sigelei Zmax, x2 ithacas, x2 Penelope's, Ody drip mod, x2 kayfun 3.1es. Soon to own Caravela.
I cant believe some people have leakung. none of my gg gear has ever leaked including ithaca. on a side note i built a 6 coil. 25 ohm build on 1 hit fills my room with vapor!!!
