    Really hoping 2nd order comes in today...need flavors!!!! Made pink starburst, but then ran out of 1 ingredient and couldn't mix up a lemon version....that will be next, fingers crossed for delivery....then can also make john's champagne-strawberry-juicy peach mix. Got a lot sitting, it's time...

    converting TFA Coconut to Coconut Extra?

    10% coconut extra is actually sort of high(!!!:shock:), I usually use 1.5% coconut extra in a recipe and have used 3% (regular)coconut when using instead, tfa flavors.

    Tfa fruits can be lonesome solo, hope the sweetener adds some umph ...but might need another flavor in small % to add That something though, something complimentary...or even try just a small 1% of a cream/vanilla to lift the flavoring a little more, add depth.... without turning it into orange...

    My attempt to copy- paste from Bill's blogs didn't work, here ya' go, high flavor mixing info in his blogs too, you could do lower %'s too based on your tastes and if you age mixes or not, but concept of these supporting flavors very important

    Thanks for reposting, I am going to do strawberry and lemon:). Going to revisit my pumpkin roll recipe too, sort of had some ideas last night, no gingerbread flavoring, but going to try something else out, hoping changes work for better this rendition, we'll see, this one has been tricky...

    I found a recipe on reddit, strawberry ripe, vanilla cupcake, and dairy, I am replacing dairy with malted milk...honestly never had, just thought recipe looked pretty good, not sure how will compare though. ???

    Tonight's mixing....all trials, fruit loops with cream, butterscotch swirl, a boosted clone(whatever that is???? I don't know, it sounded good though) subbing malted milk in place of dairy, so hoping for strawberry malt type mix, banana-strawberry malt....tomorrow I may give Bill's starbursts a go:)

    BCV order in!!! Sweet and tart smells identical to smarties candy, like completely spot on...my sweetener is a little crystallized due to the frigid temps here in PA(like it's so cold out, it stings/burns)...better warm up by weekend, I'm sort of tired of making myself into Michelin / stay puff...
