Try checking the grounding screw since you got the plastic cover off over the wires -
Cloupor T5-Review
I modified the bottom plate by reaming it out where the usb connection is so I can now use a standard usb plug. Also for those that may not know..... power and watts up buttons pressed together will reset the puff counter (no mention of this in manual) -
iTaste SVD, New batteries low battery warning when fully charged.
If your svd is showing red on fire button with a fully charged battery it MAY also be the center pin shorting out. A common problem for this mod. Pull center pin out through the top and put a tiny oring on the fire pin and reinsert- mgmrick

It was alot different four years ago but I quit a 2 pack a day 33 year habit after my first vape. I kept 8 packs of cigarettes in my car as I had just bought a carton for about 6 months before I threw them all out. I had never quit for a single day before vaping. I also hit the 4 year mark. I have brought my nic level down from a starting point of 36 to 20. I think the reason for the drop in nic is more related to better devises than a desire to lower nic levels. I have done enough research on my own and don't feel nic is all that bad- mgmrick

You can only guess what the surprise might be. I asked cloupor about being able to reset the puff counter on facebook. They answered it would be addressed with the update...... ahh does not need to be addressed with an update. Power button and watts up resets the puff counter. Another user... -

Upgradeable chip may be one of the best features.... you have to assume that is what the big announcement is going to be... i would expect wattage increase right of the bat..... does nothing for me but sure others will want more watts -

cloupor plug on left a standard plug on right Also had an issue with the usb port. It sits in to far so cloupor supplies a longer usb plug. I modified my bottom plate so that a standard usb plug will work. The metal plate on bottom needs to be enlarged where the usb plug is inserted I... -

Why I'm fed up with the vape community (mostly)
Not a cloud chaser but.... I have to assume cloud chasing has turned more people onto vaping. Where the first vapers wanted to hide there vape so nobody knew anything about vaping. Somebody commented here they have 4 vape stores in their area but never seen a vaper in the wild. Must be some...- mgmrick
